Dialysis Technician Indianapolis, IN Overview: Our outpatient dialysis center in Indianapolis is seeking a Dialysis Technician to prepare, monitor, and support patients throughout hemodialysis treatment. This role offers a flexible 3-day work week within a supportive, stable clinical environment. Position Offers: Schedule: Flexible 3-day work week, shifts from 5:00 AM–8:00 PM Competitive compensation: $45,760–56,160 per year (DOE) Medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO) Stable outpatient clinical environment with consistent scheduling Supportive interdisciplinary care team Opportunities for dialysis skill development Long-term career growth in a specialized care setting Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment areas and ensure readiness for dialysis procedures Initiate, monitor, and safely discontinue hemodialysis treatments Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report clinical changes Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout care delivery Respond to patient needs, treatment alerts, and clinical concerns Accurately document treatment data and patient responses in the EHR Provide patient education related to dialysis care and treatment adherence Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members to ensure continuity of care Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient chronic dialysis setting Current CPR/BLS certification Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or equivalent required, or ability to obtain Completion of an accredited hemodialysis technician training program preferred Why Join Us: Join an outpatient dialysis center where your clinical skills directly support patients through every stage of treatment, backed by strong compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth.
