Your role is to connect with them, understand their needs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process in a professional and easy-to-understand way.

A Typical Day

This position combines client communication, appointment coordination, and benefit education. You'll manage your scheduled appointments while providing each member with a helpful and personalized experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with members who have requested information
• Schedule, organize, and confirm virtual appointments
• Conduct consultations by phone or video conference
• Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities
• Clearly explain available programs and benefit options
• Answer questions and provide professional guidance
• Assist members with digital applications, forms, and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes
• Complete follow-ups and provide continued assistance
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
