\n \nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our workers' compensation defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their legal career in a fast-paced litigation practice area or for an experienced attorney seeking career advancement. As a workers' compensation defense attorney, you will have ample opportunities to interface with clients directly, both through active litigation of cases and through educational programs.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- Conduct legal research and analysis related to workers' compensation laws and regulations
\n- Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
\n- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and medical experts
\n- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations both virtually and in-person
\n- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and tactics
\n- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
\n- Stay up to date on developments in workers' compensation law
\n \nQualifications:
\n- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
\n- Expected Admission to the state (PA, WV, or NJ) bar
\n- Strong academic record
\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
\n- Commitment to professionalism and client service
